When Facilities Services at Coca Cola’s West Coast Division called us in April of 2009, they wanted to address their growing problem of Solar heat gain, which takes a toll on employees and causes fatigue and eye strain. He was looking for a solution that could lower their HVAC operating cost, which can be quite substantial in the size of building they usually operate, and make a comfortable working environment. After sitting down and showing samples of Window films they were adverse to a reflective glass appearance for their new Tacoma location on 2115 -116 th St S, just east of McChord AFB and Forza Coffee They selected Huper Optik’s Ceramic ESC35 a Non reflective Window Tint film which will reject up to 60% of the solar heat typically gained in a building like theirs. Pleased with its performance, Coca Cola has continued to utilize Huper Optik Window Film on additional West Coast locations.
